Food was never delivered, if it was it wasn't to my address. I now want a full refund.. ..... A review on TripAdvisor looms im afraid. Absolutely appalled at Four Seasons service.

Placed an order and they never sent it or answered there phone . Good job the local chippy's about here are better :)

This is my first experience with a meal delivery I normally collect my order myself. The order was placed at 16.30. The time slot on the ordering site for delivery was 17.10 aprox waiting time 40 mins. The receipt for the order stated waiting time asap I finally received my order at aprox 19.30. I phoned to query the delivery after waiting 2 hrs. Shortly after the delivery arrived. However the driver was looking for payment, more than what is stated below, which I had already paid when ordering. After some phone calls it was established that I had indeed payed. The driver tried his best to resolve the issue and was polite in dealing with it. I finally sat down to eat my meal to discover it was tepid and greasy. After a further two phone calls a fresh meal was sent and the cold meal returned. Thanks to the lady on the final phone call who resolved the issue quickly and was apologetic for the issues her help was much appreciated. I and my family have been regular customers at the Four season for years. I will continue to buy from the shop but I will not use the delivery service again.
